Music that pictures Paris

Before I left for my voyage I was introduced to Edith Piaf. Though she is uber famous I was really in the dark when it came to her work. The first song I became familiar with (which I had heard, like most people, before) was:

The words and lyrics spoke to my heart, that though it was not (yet again) the most conventional or "rational" of choices to leave the States again, there was nothing I regretted about the choice. I decided it would be the first song I listened to upon arriving in Paris, and as the train slowly pulled into Gare de Nord it pulsed through my ears and into my soul.

But as I walked through Paris it was really the song "[underneath the sky of Paris]" that made the most sense

See...

Yes. This is what the sky in Paris looks like.

Repeat. YES. THIS IS ACTUALLY WHAT THE SKY IN PARIS LOOKS LIKE.

But really the song that made me feel Paris was this last song; every time I listen to it I shut my eyes and am on her streets once more. If you really want to get a taste of Paris play this song and look through these photos again. Absolutely beautiful...
